Macmillan's World's Coffee Morning 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
On Friday 24 September 2010 Macmillan Cancer Support are nationally holding their biggest fundraising event, the World's Biggest Coffee Morning. In the Derbyshire area we want to raise £101,000 and you can be part of it!

It's easy to get involved; hold your own coffee morning and be part of raising £8 million nationwide!

1. Pick a date, any date - The official day is Friday 24 September, but you can pick whatever date is best for you.

2. Choose your event - You can hold a coffee morning at work, home, school or in your local community. Have a get together with friends, a garden party with neighbours, or a pub quiz with your colleagues. Whatever suits you.

3. Send invitations - Email, Facebook or traditional, get the word out about your event. Use our handy e-invites to email your friends! Remind people when the date is coming up and let everyone know it's all for a very important cause.

For more information about the World's Biggest Coffee Morning got to www.macmillan.org.uk/coffee, ring our Hotline 0845 602 1246, or give the Derbyshire office a ring on 01246 810301.
